How Does it all Work?

Take a look around, pick what you like, find out your size with our Peachymama Sizing Chart, and add your selection to your shopping cart.

When you’re done browsing, you’ll find yourself in the checkout area and you’ll either log in (if you’ve been here before,already registered and can’t be bothered entering all your shipping information again); register as a Guest (just passing through and trying us out - don’t worry, we know you’ll be back); or register as a new customer (welcome!). 

Once you’re through here, follow the simple instructions to complete your purchase. You will then receive an email outlining the details of the Peachymama items you’ve chosen and an expected delivery date.  A record of your order is stored in your account so that you can refer back to it anytime.

What to Do

If you change your mind, you can exchange your Peachymama garment or return it for a full refund within 30 days of despatch confirmation of your order.

We also understand how busy things can get with a new bub so don't panic if you think you may be a little late returning your garment, just send us a quick note and we'll do our best to help you out.

Please note that only garments that are in their original condition will be accepted - all tags and labels attached (if delivered with them) and the garment has never been washed or worn, apart from trying it on for fit.

If the garment being returned has been washed or is marked in any way - eg. make up, deodorant, perspiration marks, dirt, etc, we reserve the right to refuse refund on that item and will not incur the cost of postage back to the customer.


To be eligible for a Return or Exchange please ensure::

  1. Your request is within the 30 day period from date of shipping confirmation email.
  2. the garment(s) is in it's original condition and has not been washed.
  3. the garment(s) has never been worn - apart from trying it on for fit.

And, because we'd like to be able to sell your exchanged item, please help us out by:

  1. neatly folding the garments
  2. ensure they are clean and free of lint
  3. place the garment in the plastic bag it arrived in or another suitable plastic bag.


It is the Customer's responsibility to pay for postage for returned items.  

When we send an exchange item back to you we cover the cost of that postage. For all subsequent exchanges postage will be the customer’s responsibility.

Sale Items

Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund Sale Items.

How To Do It

Ordered from Australia? here's what to do:

1. Post the item with back to us with a note saying what you'd like in exchange including size. Send it to our address:


2. We then inform you when it arrives by sending you a confirmation email.

3. If the item you want is in stock we'll send it out immediately. If it's a pre-order item, we'll despatch it the minute it comes in. Either way, we'll let you know.

Please note thatit is the Customer's responsibility to pay for postage on items that are to be exchanged or refunded.  However, when we send an exchange item back to you, we'll cover the cost of the postage.

An International customer outside Australia?

We require that you please also cover the return postage back to you as this can become quite expensive for us.


Special Deal Items

We love to be able to reward you when buying from us and every now and again we may offer a special free item with a particular purchase. For example we may offer you a free Tank when you buy 2 dresses. The only thing to remember here is that if you decide to return one of them for a refund, the deal's off and we'll need to take the normal price of that Tank out of the total refund. If you wish only to exchange the dress, we'll be more than happy to help you out and you can keep the Tank on us!

Shipping & Delivery

Peachymama ships your Order to anywhere in the World.  See our shipping information prior to checkout. For our International customers, while this gets it into your country, it doesn’t include any customs duties, taxes or other fees that may be payable at your end.  We use Australia Post for both Australian and International deliveries and a signature will be required at your end so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your package.  If nobody’s there, though, it’s no big deal - your Peachymama package will normally be delivered to your local post office where you can pick it up later at your convenience.  Australia Post also allows us to track each individual order so we’ll know exactly where it is.


My Order Hasn't Arrived and I've Nothing To Wear...

In an ideal World, tradesmen would always come on time and we’d all get a good night’s sleep, but the truth is things happen that may cause a delay in your order being delivered to you.  So, please wait an extra day or so and if it still hasn’t arrived please send us an email.  We’ll get on to it straight away and find out what’s causing the delay.  We’ll then contact you with an updated delivery time.



Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Peachymama is based in Melbourne, Australia and all prices are in Australian Dollars.  Our checkout uses Paypal, the World's most widely used and secure payment application.  Payment can either be made directly with a couple of clicks through Paypal's credit card portal or if you have your own Paypal account, payment can be made through here.  The transaction record on your credit card statement will read "paypal-peachymama".  The Peachymama checkout shouldn't be too much trouble to use, but if you do require some assistance we'd be more than happy to help - see our contact details below.

Size Chart

So that you get an accurate measurement using our sizing chart:

  1. Make sure you wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust and hips.
  2. When measuring your bust it is recommended you wear your breastfeeding/nursing bra.
