Shipping & Returns

We like to make it as easy as possible for you to try on our garments and exchange or return if you need to.

We also understand the demands on you as a mum and so we're always only a phone call away or a quick message if you're not sure about something.

Shipping within Australia

Free shipping within Australia for all orders over $150.

For orders under $150, we send with Australia Post's Express Postat an easy $10 flat rate.

Australia Post Express Post

We use Australia Post Express Post Satchels for a little extra speed in delivering your Peachymama garments to you. This postal service usually takes a day or so to reach you if you're in a major city. It can take a few more days if you're in remote areas.

During busy times it may take 1-2 days to process your Order and we appreciate your patience. 

If you need a little extra security at the delivery end, especially if you live in an apartment or a multiple residential property, please let us know in the 'Notes' section of the Checkout. We'll organise an extra 'Signature on Delivery' service at no extra cost to you. 

Shipping International

International shipping is priced depending on your Country and is calculated by weight.

You will be notified at Checkout the exact cost.

We will notify you if we have any questions.

Easy Return & Exchange

If you change your mind, you can exchange your Peachymama garment or return it for a full refund within 30 days of despatch confirmation of your order.

We also understand how busy things can get with a new bub so don't panic if you think you may be a little late returning your garment, just send us a quick note and we'll do our best to help you out.

This is The Very Important Part...

Please note that only garments that are in their original condition will be accepted - all tags and labels attached (if delivered with them) and the garment has never been washed or worn, apart from trying it on for fit.

If the garment being returned has been washed, is marked - eg. make up, deodorant stains, perspiration marks, dirt, etc, or if the garment has any strong odours (eg. perfume or deodorant) - we reserve the right to refuse refund on that item and will not incur the cost of postage back to the customer.

Please understand that we cannot accept these items because we cannot re-offer them for sale - exactly the same as any other retail store. 


We understand that you may wish to wash your new Peachymama garment before you wear it. But please, before you do, check the garment thoroughly for size, fit and faults because once it's been washed we cannot accept it back for refund or exchange. 

Sale Items

Please note we do not offer refunds on Sale Items or Promotional Offers. However an Exchange or a Store Credit can be arranged if you return the garment(s) as per our policy conditions.

Promotional Offers 

Occasionally, we run Promotions where Free items may be included with a garment. If you decide to return the garment for a refund, you will be charged the full price of the Free item and this will be deducted from the total refund payable. If you decide to exchange the garment for a different size or colour, you may keep the Free item.

Incorrect Items Sent or Faults

Here at Peachymama we use high quality fabrics and manufacturers. However, if on the rare occasion you have been sent a garment with a fault (eg. stitching coming away or fabric flaw, etc) or you have been accidentally sent the wrong garment please contact us via email or call us on 1300 473 224 and we'll organise a replacement.

Please remember: Once a garment has been worn or washed any flaw or fault is the responsibility of the customer.  We do not replace garments that have been worn or washed. So please let us know of any flaw or fault before you have worn or washed your garment.


To be eligible for a Return or Exchange please ensure::

  1. Your request is within the 30 day period from date of shipping confirmation email.
  2. the garment(s) is in it's original condition and has not been washed.
  3. the garment(s) has never been worn - apart from trying it on for fit.

And, because we'd like to be able to sell your exchanged item, please help us out by:

  1. neatly folding the garments
  2. ensure they are clean and free of lint
  3. place the garment in the plastic bag it arrived in or another suitable plastic bag.

If you're unsure if your garment is eligible for an exchange or refund - eg. if it's over the 30 days or is a Sale item - please contact us first to confirm before posting your garment back. We deal with all customer issues in a reasonable manner and are always willing to discuss any concern you have.

If the criteria for a refund or exchange is not met for any reason, it will be your responsibility for the postage back to you.


It is the Customer's responsibility to pay for postage for returned items.  

When we send an exchange item back to you we cover the cost of that postage. For all subsequent exchanges postage will be the customer’s responsibility.

How To Do It

Ordered from Australia? here's what to do:

1. Post the item with back to us with a note saying what you'd like in exchange including size.

Send it to our address:


2. We then inform you when it arrives by sending you a confirmation email.

3. If the item you want is in stock we'll send it out immediately. If it's a pre-order item, we'll despatch it the minute it comes in. Either way, we'll let you know.

Please note thatit is the Customer's responsibility to pay for postage on items that are to be exchanged or refunded.  However, when we send an exchange item back to you, we'll cover the cost of the postage.

An International customer outside Australia?

We require that you please also cover the return postage back to you as this can become quite expensive for us.

So that you get an accurate measurement using our sizing chart:

  1. Make sure you wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust and hips.
  2. When measuring your bust it is recommended you wear your breastfeeding/nursing bra.
