We fulfil your order from our Melbourne warehouse, normally allow 1-3 days for Express Shipping & 4-8 days for Standard Shipping. However, the current COVID-19 situation will delay shipping times by as much as 7-12 days. It may also take a little longer if you're in a remote area.
Normally your order is processed the same day. During busy times your order may not be able to be processed immediately and it may take 1-2 business days to despatch.
We do our best to have your garments delivered to you as quickly as possible, choosing the best possible postal method for your area, whether that be Australia Post or door-to-door courier and we appreciate your patience when this takes a little longer than expected.
If you need your Peachymama in a hurry we'll make it happen for you.
We have access to fast couriers that may cost a little extra than our standard services but we'll get the best rate on the day. If you need this, be sure to let us know via FB Messenger, email or call Stacey on 1300 473 224.
General Terms of Delivery
Delivery times only apply to products currently in stock.
In periods of high demand it is possible that an order will be accepted, with insufficient stock to fulfil it. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and give you the option either to exchange it or obtain a refund.
When required, deliveries must be signed for by either yourself or a trusted friend/neighbour.
We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address - if this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
In an ideal World, tradesmen would always come on time and we’d all get a good night’s sleep, but the truth is things happen that may cause a delay in your order being delivered to you.
So, please wait an extra few days and if it still hasn’t arrived send us an email.
We use secure postal and courier services. If for any reason you do not receive your package, we will do our best to help track it down however we cannot be held responsible for replacing it.
If you suspect your parcel may have gone missing, contact us and we'll be happy to sort it out for you.
30 Day Returns
We want you to be happy with the items you’ve ordered but sometimes they just don’t suit.
Peachymama’s standard return window is 30 days from the day you placed your order. This will normally give you plenty of time to receive your Order and try on your items.
We understand how busy things can get with a baby so if you think you may be a little late returning your item, simply email us to let us know.
Can I Exchange my items?
Yes. Send the item back to us with an accompanying note on the exchange.
Alternatively, we’ve found that the quickest and easiest way to ensure you get the item you want before it sells out is to place a new Order for the item you want and then send back the incorrect item for a refund.
Please note that Clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
If your garment has been purchased with any kind of sale or discount applied, we offer a refund or exchange if returned within the 30 day timeframe.
If your return is outside this timeframe, we offer credit note only.
If garments are not sent back in original condition and with all tags attached we reserve the right to decide if your item is eligible for a return or not according to the criteria set out below.
Final Sale & Clearance Items
No return, exchange or refund on Clearance or Final Sale items.
Clearance items are clearly labeled and are usually end of season stock that is heavily discounted.
We’re unable to accept returns for these items so please choose carefully.
Multi-Packs & Bundles
Peachymama offers you a wide range of pre-designed multi-packs consisting of some of our most popular items bundled into one easy to buy package.
These multi-packs are normally discounted and so if you decide to return a portion of it, the refund you’ll receive will be a) the purchase price of the Multi-Pack minus b) the full retail price value of the items you wish to keep.
It just means that the discount you receive when purchasing the multi-pack is no longer applied and the items you keep will be at their full retail price.
Occasionally, we run Promotions where a free item is included when either the item quantity or dollar value of your Order exceeds a defined threshold (eg. ‘Spend $100 get a Free Bra’ or ‘Buy 3 Tops Get The 4th Free’…etc).
If you decide to return any item for a refund and this changes your final Order so that it is now below the Promotion’s threshold (either by quantity or value); you have two options:
You are charged the full price of the Free item and this amount is deducted from the total refund payable to you; or
You return the Free item (unused as per our return policy and we refund the total amount payable to you.
Incorrect Items or Faults
If we’ve sent you the wrong item by mistake or the item is faulty, we will happily exchange for another or apply a refund. We reimburse you for the return postage back to us so please also send us a photo of the postage receipt.
Note: If you find a fault, simply take a photo and email it to us along with your details.
Stop! Don’t Wash Your Garment Yet.
This is important: We cannot refund or exchange garments that have been worn or washed.
To make sure you have the best experience, always try it on and check the garment thoroughly for size, fit and faults before washing.
Why ‘Original Condition’ is Important
We’re a small family business and we need to be able to resell the item you’re returning. So that means all tags and labels are still attached and the garment has never been washed or worn, apart from trying it on for fit.
If the garment being returned has been washed, is marked ( eg. makeup, deodorant stains, perspiration marks, dirt, pet hair, etc) or if the garment has any strong odours (eg. perfume or deodorant), we reserve the right to refuse a refund on that item and will not incur the cost of postage back to you.
Please ensure that your Peachymama swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

The Best Way to Return Your Garment
Check that the garment is in its original condition with all tags & labels attached.
Neatly fold the garment - please don’t scrunch them in a ball as this damages the fabric and if so we will charge a $5 repressing fee.
Ensure it is clean and free of lint
Insert any paperwork required
Place it back in its original packaging or a clean plastic bag.
Post it back to us.

We're an Australian brand with one home in Melbourne & another in Santa Cruz, California. Since 2013 we’ve been creating nursing wear that helps breastfeeding mums like you get a little more freedom in your day; while you take care of one of the most challenging and rewarding jobs on the planet.
I was first introduced to the nursing clothes by peachymama by my cousin when I had my eldest daughter. They very quickly became my go to nursing wear. Now pregnant with my 2nd child I didn't hesitate to buy more nursing wear from peachymama. They not only look good, feel soft and are very comfortable and practicle for nursing. Especially when you are out and about. I never had a fear that something isn't covered up enough or of the tops falling down. Great Australian made products is always plus too.
I have spent almost 7 months looking for a nursing T that was comfortable and easy to nurse in - and I finally found it! The access isn’t revealing and it doesn’t have that awkward half top over the boobs. The fabric is super soft and it doesn’t make you feel like you’re wearing a nursing T. I initially had to return the top because I ordered a Large based off the measuring charts - so in my experience, the size ran a little large.
I decided to splurge a bit with these. I didn't know if I needed nursing swimmers, and they were a bit pricey but I'm so glad I did. They are beautiful quality, nice and thick material, a really flattering cut, and the first time I wore them I needed to feed bub during a swimming lesson so they were so convenient! Love them.
I was gifted this set to take to the hospital. The material is so soft and very comfy. Perfect items to put on post that first shower after giving birth. I have been living in them since we got home as super functional for feeding whilst keeping you warm in the middle of the night. Couldn’t recommend more.
Good leggings. I like the material, but due to its softness leggings stretch and become a bit loose. I think if you go for leggings go for the synthetic material (sport leggings on this site) and if you want soft and comfy pants then go for bamboo pants (they are great). I still wear leggings around the house, but not to go outside.
Its always hard to know when buying online which brands are worth spending the money on and you always need reassurance from reviews. . Well, take this review as gospel! The quality and comfort of all the clothes I've purchased from Peachymama exceeds other "higher end" brands in shopping centres. The Bamboo Breastfeeding Drop Crotch Pyjamas are no exception, I love them!
Works well for breast feeding as is never tried side zip before. Normally wear a size 10 and bought a small which was a loose but comfortable fit. Little too long in the arms as came just past the base of the thumb. I bought the sky blue and it's beautiful colour but shows baby mess so in hind sight should have bought grey or not wear when doing messy things. Overall I really love it, it soooo soft and stretchy so never restricted with looking after the baby
Was a bit sceptical about buying online but so pleasantly surprised with this purchase... material is soft and comfortable, the size guides were accurate and the clothes are functional and somewhat flattering... the order was dispatched quickly with the only hold up being with Aust post... really happy and would recomend
I had to exchange for a M from a L, but otherwise the material feels great, boob access is great and I love wearing it. I did go off the sizing charts and measurements, but I'd recommend going down size to the recommended charts if you're at the lower end.
