Flat Rate $ 35 Shipping to USA Orders . (standard Shipping)

Note : Once Peachymama dispatches the order, a confirmation is sent to the customer with the tracking number . Recently there have been delays with Aust Post due to floods to flight delays for interstate deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with Australia Post and we will assist you. Incase a parcel is lost, Peachymama will not be able to replace unless it is insured. Your shipping choices for Au & NZ :

  • Free Shipping on orders over $200 - Note : if items are returned and the total value falls under 200 $, the shipping fee 10$ will be deducted during the refund
  • Flat rate $10 Standard or $17 Express Shipping on orders under $200
  • $7 Express Shipping Upgrade on orders over $200

We fulfill your order from our Melbourne warehouse, normally allow 1-3 days for Express Shipping & 4-8 days for Standard Shipping. However,  there may be delays from the courier. It may also take a little longer if you're in a remote area or other impacts such as floods.

Normally your order is processed between 1-2 business days. During busy times your order may not be able to be processed immediately and it may take 3-5 business days to dispatch due to an item N/A etc

We do our best to have your garments delivered to you as quickly as possible, choosing the best possible postal method for your area, whether that be Australia Post or door-to-door courier and we appreciate your patience when this takes a little longer than expected.

Pre-ordered items - Must know facts

If it is within the same order, Eg you order 03 items today and one of it classifies as a pre order item. The cart will calculate the  shipping for the current order for delivery Eg 02 items .

The pre-ordered item (3rd item)  will be processed when the stock arrives and the shipping component for the pre-ordered item needs to be paid when we notify you based on the choice of shipping Eg standard/ express


General Terms of Delivery

Delivery times and shipping only apply to products currently in stock.


In periods of high demand it is possible that an order will be accepted, with insufficient stock to fulfill it. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and give you the option either to exchange it or obtain a refund.

When required, deliveries must be signed for by either yourself or a trusted friend/neighbour.

We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address - if this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Missing & Delayed  Parcel

In an ideal World, tradesmen would always come on time and we’d all get a good night’s sleep, but the truth is things happen that may cause a delay in your order being delivered to you.

So, please wait an extra few days and if it still hasn’t arrived send us an email.


Lost Parcel

We use secure postal and courier services such as Aus Post, Aramex..

If you feel your parcel may have gone missing, contact us on online@peachymama.com.au with the order ref no and tracking no.

If for any reason you do not receive your package, and it is lost once we dispatch to the courier by the courier, we will do our best to help track it down and submit complaints to the courier.

Peachymama cannot be held responsible for replacing it.


Insurance against lost Parcels

Customers may request and pay the insurance amount by the customer to cover the costs of any lost parcels as Peachymama is not responsible for lost parcels once dispatched to the courier from our warehouse. We will assist you to track the lost parcel via our business accounts with the courier
