Simple and nutritious, this recipe is loaded with superfoods and is super easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 250ml almond milk
- 250ml Greek yoghurt
- 30ml quark
- 30ml maple syrup
- 1ml vanilla extract
- 40g chia seeds
Garnish
- 150g fresh raspberries
- 40g chopped almonds
- 40g sunflower seeds
Directions:
- Combine almond milk, Greek yoghurt, quark, maple syrup, vanilla extract and chia seeds, mixing well to make sure there are no lumps.
- Pour mixture into several serving jars to refrigerate overnight and over the next few days.
- In the morning, garnish with raspberries, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Enjoy immediately.
