Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

Simple and nutritious, this recipe is loaded with superfoods and is super easy to make. 


  • 250ml almond milk
  • 250ml Greek yoghurt
  • 30ml quark
  • 30ml maple syrup
  • 1ml vanilla extract
  • 40g chia seeds


  • 150g fresh raspberries
  • 40g chopped almonds
  • 40g sunflower seeds 


  1. Combine almond milk, Greek yoghurt, quark, maple syrup, vanilla extract and chia seeds, mixing well to make sure there are no lumps.
  2. Pour mixture into several serving jars to refrigerate overnight and over the next few days.
  3. In the morning, garnish with raspberries, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Enjoy immediately.
