Greek yoghurt berries

This breakfast is packed with protein and is sure to keep you full and satisfied for hours.


  • 180ml Greek yoghurt
  • 40g mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 40g seeds, nuts or a high-fibre and high-protein cereal 


  1. Scoop Greek yoghurt into a bowl
  2. Sprinkle with your choice of garnish and enjoy!
